  • Water – Plain warm water.
  • Honey – Honey is used as a natural sweetener for this tasty dessert treat but you can skip if you like.

How To Make Rice Chocolate Mousse:

Step-by-Step Instructions For Making Rice Chocolate Mousse

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate

Melt Chocolate. You can use a double boiler or just melt them using your microwave. I use a microwave as it’s much faster and easier.

Step 2: Blend Everything

Put everything in the blender jug for making a delicious blend of mousse. Rice, Warm water, Chocolate and Honey – all goes in the blender and depending on the speed of your blender, blend until you get creamy consistency. Once you are happy with the outcome, pour them in dishes.

Step 3: Chill the Mousse

Now that all easy things are done, the hard part starts which is chilling the mousse and waiting for it to be ready. The good news is that it settles very quickly. Just pop the dish or small dishes in the frisge for 2-3 hours and they will be ready to enjoy.

Choosing the Right Chocolate:

Chocolate is the key ingredient for making Chocolate mousse and hence the type of chocolate you choose is crucial for the desserts final taste. Opt for high-quality dark or semi-sweet chocolate with at least 50% cocoa for this recipe. The better the chocolate, the more delicious your mousse will be. It’s very popular and requires a ‘Tandoor’ which is a special kidn of oven to make this falvourful delicious chicken dish. But if you have an Air fryer at home then give this recipe a try and you will be amazed at the result.

To make this delicious Air fryer chicken tnadoori, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Chicken – Any Chicken piece can be used but drumsticks and thighs are the most flavourful parts.
  • Greek Yogurt – You can use any thick yogurt.
  • Salt – Adjust salt according to your taste.
  • Paprika – Gives smokey color and flavor to the dish.
  • Cayenne – Gives a kick to the grilled meat.

Recipe Video: Air Fryer Turkey Recipe For A Delicious Roast Dinner

To make this delicious Air fryer turkey, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Turkey – I have used turkey thigh as they tend to be more flavorful and stays juicy when done properly.
  • Mayonnaise – Use quality mayonnaise for better taste.
  • Salt – Adjust salt according to your taste.
  • Black Pepper – Gives a mild kick to the dish.
  • Garlic – I like to use freshly minced garlic but you can also use powder.
  • Onion Granules – Skip if you do not have it to hand.
  • Paprika – Adds both color and smokey effect to the roast.

How to make Turkey in the Air Fryer

Prepare the Turkey Thighs:

Pat the turkey thighs dry with paper towels. This helps the skin become crispier during cooking. Make some deep cuts in the thigh to help marinade get in better.

Seasoning:

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Rub the marinade to all parts of the turkey ensuring the marination reaches inside the deep cuts.

Marinade:

Marinade chicken for at least 1 hours; overnight marination in the fridge is even better.

Preheat the Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Preheating helps to ensure even cooking.

Cooking:

Place the seasoned turkey thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.

Cook for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, flip the thighs so the skin side is up. This will allow the skin to crisp up nicely.

Continue to cook for another 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the turkey thighs reaches 165°F (74°C). Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature at the thickest part of the thigh without touching the bone.

Resting:

Once cooked, remove the turkey thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for 5-10 minutes. This helps the juices redistribute, making the meat more tender and juicy.

Serving:

Curve and serve the turkey thighs hot, with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired. They pair wonderfully with a side of roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a crisp green salad.

You can store this cooked turkey in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. You can also freeze them for later use in other recipes.

  1. Refrigeration: Store leftover grilled turkey in the fridge for 2-3 days. Make sure it’s covered properly.
  2. Freezing: If you want to keep your roast turkey for a longer period, consider freezing it. Put them in a zip lock bag. Label and date the packages before storing them in the freezer for up to a month.

Creative Ways to Using Leftover Turkey:

Now that you know how to store your leftover turkey meat, let’s explore some exciting ways to incorporate it into your cooking:

  • Turkey Sandwich: Put Turkey, mayonnaise and mustard in a food processor and run it for few seconds for a delicious turkey sandwich spread. Toast a slice of crusty bread and spread the paste on top.
  • Sauté vegetables: Add pulled turkey on vegetables while you sauté them to make it more filling. Sauté with onion and herbs for a side dish: Pull turkey pieces and sauté with light olive oil on a pan with onion, garlic and some extra seasoning.
  • Toss with pasta: Pull up turkey meat and toss it with cooked pasta. Add some freshly grated Parmesan cheese, chopped herbs, and a sprinkle of black pepper for a simple yet incredibly flavorful pasta dish.

I had such a terrible week with lots of failures and such bad cold and cough. I desperately needed something good or a nice adventure or just even just some good food! Chicken was all I had in the freezer and wanted to make something that I have never tried before. Suddenly the pack of Walkers crisp came to my attention that I bought few weeks back. And an idea popped in my head.

I was craving for crispy chicken bites that not only are crispy but has depth to it and spicy. I thought of making air fryer chicken with crispy coating of Tapioca starch and to make them extra flavorful and crunchy I used crushed walkers Flamin hot crisp and voila!

The chicken bites came out so delicious with the taste of hot spices used in the crisp and added crunchiness was just wow! My kid just loved it when I served him some after school that day and it literally changed my whole feeling down mood. Luckily I videotaped the process as I often do with my new recipe experiments and I posted that on my social media platforms. And here I am writing the blog about it after making few more batches.

Coat the Chicken: Coat each chicken piece with Tapioca starch first and then dip them into the beaten eggs and finally roll them in the crushed Walkers until fully coated. Press the crisps onto the chicken to ensure they stick well.

Arrange the Chicken Bites: Place the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Cook the Chicken Bites: Air fry the chicken bites at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, or until well cooked from inside. The chicken should be golden brown and crispy, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

To make this crispy Air fryer chicken wings, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Chicken Wings – Make sure you cut them properly making 2 pieces out of 1 whole wing, discarding the bottom.
  • Salt – Adjust salt according to your taste.
  • Black Pepper Powder – Black pepper goes so well with chicken but opt out if serving to kids.
  • Paprika – Gives smokey color and flavor to the chicken wings.
  • Garlic Powder – Helps eliminate bad odor from poultry.
  • Onion Powder – Skip if you do not have it to hand.
  • Lemon Juice – This will help the chicken become juicy and tender.
  • Olive Oil – You can use other varieties of oil as well.
  • Corn Flour – Helps them get crispy skin.
  • Tapioca Starch – Makes chicken wings crispy from the outside.
  • Baking Soda – Helps the wings stay fluffy.

How To Make The Best Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Follow simple steps to make the best crispy chicken wings in the air fryer.

Prepare The Wings: 

Clean chicken wings and cut each wing into two parts, discarding the bottom part as they burn quickly.

Pat dry the wings paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Toss Chicken Wings With Seasonings: 

In a small bowl add Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic powder, onion powder and Lemon juice to chicken wings, mix very well and marinade for 1 hour. You can marinade for longer in the refrigerator.

Add olive oil to the wings and mix well.

Make The Crispy Coating: 

Make a coating of Corn flour, Tapioca starch and Baking soda in a bowl.

Coat each wing piece in flour coating mix and shake off excess.

Air Fry Chicken Wings: 

Put them in the air fryer in single layer and it’s better if they do not touch each other.

Air fry at 200 C for 20-22 minutes or until crispy and golden.

Halfway through brush with some oil and if possible then turn them as well.

  1. Refrigeration: Store leftover chicken wings in the fridge for 2-3 days. Make sure it’s covered properly.
  2. Freezing: If you want to keep your chicken wings for a longer period, consider freezing it. Put them in a zip lock bag. Label and date the packages before storing them in the freezer for up to a month.

It’s very easy to make this delicious and fancy looking side dish that everyone would love to have. You can make them for dinner for family and it also works great for Barbeque parties. It requires just few ingredients and you can alter them according to your taste and preference.

To make this spicy Tiger prawns at home, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Tiger Prawns – Try to use big ones for better taste.
  • Dried Red Chili – You can use mild ones for kids.
  • Garlic Clove – Goes very well with any seafood.
  • Onion – Just a little for adding thickness to the marinade.
  • Mayonnaise – Adds extra flavor to the dish.

The Perfect Homemade Gluten Free Brazilian Cheese Puffs

The basic ingredients for Pão de Queijo include:

  • Tapioca Flour: Provides the unique texture and makes them Gluten-free.
  • Cheese: I have used a mixture of four cheese Parmesan, Cheddar Mozzarella and Colby.
  • Milk: Adds moisture and richness and it’s best to use whole milk for perfect texture and taste.
  • Butter or Oil: Adds fat for flavor and texture. I like to use Olive oil.
  • Eggs: Help to bind the ingredients and add to the chewy texture.
  • Salt: Enhances the overall flavor but must be careful in using salt as cheese are salty as well.

Brazilian Cheese Bread Recipe Variation:

While the classic recipe is delicious and remains popular, variations can include using different types of cheese for diversified taste to the snack as well as adding herbs and chili flakes. I was thinking of experimenting with incorporating sweet ingredients for a unique twist.

Steps to Prepare Delicious Brazilian Cheese Bread Pão de Queijo:

  1. Pre heat oven to 200 C.
  2. In a blender jug put Milk, Olive oil, Egg and Salt and give it a few seconds mix.
  3. Add in Tapioca starch and give a blend to incorporate everything.
  4. Next add in cheese mix and give few pulses to incorporate all ingredients together to form the batter.
  5. Spray some oil in small muffin tray.
  6. Pour batter all the way to the top.
  7. Bake them at pre heated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden on the outside with high dome.
  8. Take them out and let rest for just few minutes and then enjoy.

Storing Leftover Brazilian Cheese Breads

Brazilian cheese puffs are best enjoyed freshly baked as they have most texture and flavors but if you have some leftovers store them properly to enjoy later.

At Room Temperature:

  • Duration: 1-2 days.
  • Method: Place the baked Pão de Queijo in an airtight container or a plastic bag to keep them from drying out.

In the Refrigerator:

  • Duration: Up to 1 week.
  • Method: Store the baked cheese bread in an airtight container. Reheat in an oven or toaster oven to restore their chewy texture before serving.
