Vietnamese Rice Paper Omlette

Rice paper omlette is a pan crisped rice paper brushed with chili oil, filled with egg and choice of toppings; preferably some dried herbs as well. Cooked for a minute or so for a quick and easy 2 minutes tasty breakfast for the whole family.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Rice Papers
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Chili Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Herbs

Method
 

  1. Turn on the heat and put a pan on the stove. 
  2. Place rice paper and apply some Chili oil to it.
  3. Crack one egg and beat it using a fork and then rotate the pan to spread it all over.
  4. Sprinkle herb of your choice.
  5. Fold it in half and flip it couple of times until crisp. Take out from the pan and cut into wedges.
