Ingredients
  

  • 20 Tiger Prawns
  • 4 Dried Red Chili
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1/4 Onion Medium
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves - 2 TbspLemon Juice - 1 tspSmoked Paprika- 1 tspSalt - 1/4 tspOlive Oil - 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika- 1 tspSalt - 1/4 tspOlive Oil - 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Make butterfly cuts to open up prawns. 
  • In a pan over medium heat add Olive oil and sauté Dried red chili’s, Garlic and onion for couple of minutes. Let cool slightly and then transfer into a grinder.
  • Add Mayonnaise, Salt, Lemon juice and coriander leaves and grind into a paste.
  • Apply on prawns and sprinkle some Smoked paprika on top. 
  • Put Olive oil in the same pan and place the prawns marinade side down. Apply marinade to the top and sprinkle Paprika and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until cooked.
