In a pan over medium heat add Olive oil and sauté Dried red chili’s, Garlic and onion for couple of minutes. Let cool slightly and then transfer into a grinder.
Add Mayonnaise, Salt, Lemon juice and coriander leaves and grind into a paste.
Apply on prawns and sprinkle some Smoked paprika on top.
Put Olive oil in the same pan and place the prawns marinade side down. Apply marinade to the top and sprinkle Paprika and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until cooked.
