Method
- Make butterfly cuts to open up prawns.
- In a pan over medium heat add Olive oil and sauté Dried red chili’s, Garlic and onion for couple of minutes. Let cool slightly and then transfer into a grinder.
- Add Mayonnaise, Salt, Lemon juice and coriander leaves and grind into a paste.
- Apply on prawns and sprinkle some Smoked paprika on top.
- Put Olive oil in the same pan and place the prawns marinade side down. Apply marinade to the top and sprinkle Paprika and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until cooked.
