Pat the turkey thighs dry with paper towel and then make some deep cuts in the thighs.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the marinade to all parts of the turkey ensuring the marination reaches inside the deep cuts. Marinade chicken for at least 1 hours; overnight marination in the fridge is even better.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned turkey thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.Cook for 30 minutes. Flip the thighs so the skin side is up and continue to cook for another 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the turkey thighs reaches 165°F (74°C).
Once cooked, remove the turkey thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
