1 minute microwave Keto Cheesecake
Hello Keto dieters!! I am very excited to share with you this delicious super simple dessert recipe. It’s a Keto cheesecake recipe which you can make in 1 minute and you don’t even need an oven for it. This recipe calls for a microwave and you can make it in just 1 minute. Now, doesn’t that call for a high five? If you are not someone who is doing a Keto diet, you can just swap sweetener with regular sugar; spoon for spoon.
I myself is a cheesecake lover and I love to try out cheesecakes from different shops. But todays recipe is for all those people who are working hard to shed pounds off but would like to enjoy great food at the same time. Keto diet is such a great one and is helping thousands of people around the world. This easy 1 minute delicious cheesecake recipe will not only satisfy your craving for something sweet or something cheesy but if you are on a Keto diet, you can have it without breaking the rules!
Traditional Cheesecake recipes will call for using some crumbs which is mostly carbohydrate and we are skipping that from this Keto dessert but it’s still a great one to enjoy. The result comes so great that you would think it’s a baked one whereas you have spent less than five minutes in your kitchen.
Now, I have made the Keto dieters happy but as this recipe does not use any crumbs or carbs, it’s also Gluten free which makes it a great dessert for people who are gluten intolerant. An easy recipe, takes only a minute to make and requires just a microwave…can it get any better? Now let’s jump to the recipe and details of making this one minute treat.
Keto Cheesecake in microwave
Ingredients
- 140 g Cream cheese Room temperature
- 1 Egg Room temperature
- 2 Tbsp Natural sweetner Powder form
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 tsp Melted butter unsalted
Instructions
- Melt some unsalted butter and using a brush apply on the ramekins. Make sure to apply on all sides and the bottom of the pots. This will help you take out the cheesecakes easily from your ramekins.
- Take a bowl and add cream cheese to that and soften it using a spatula or spoon.
- Add 1 large room temperature egg and mix until smooth
- Add powder sweetener and vanilla and mix everything until smooth
- Pour cheese mixture on ramekins
- Put the ramekins in the centre of the microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute and 15 seconds
- Take them out of the microwave and let them cool down
- Wrap and chil in the fridge for 2 hours to set
