Melt some unsalted butter and using a brush apply on the ramekins. Make sure to apply on all sides and the bottom of the pots. This will help you take out the cheesecakes easily from your ramekins.
Take a bowl and add cream cheese to that and soften it using a spatula or spoon.
Add 1 large room temperature egg and mix until smooth
Add powder sweetener and vanilla and mix everything until smooth
Pour cheese mixture on ramekins
Put the ramekins in the centre of the microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute and 15 seconds
Take them out of the microwave and let them cool down
