Method
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Slice some bananas, not too thin, not to take and blind them on the baking sheet. Now put another sheet on top and then press with a glass to flatten the slices.
- Spoon in some Greek yoghurt on top and spread all over.
- Scatter some mashed raspberries and some peanut butter and then try to spread them just a little bit.
- Sprinkle some sliced almonds.
- Pop in the freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
- Cut in slices.
