Method
- Place a pan in stove with 500 ml water. Add peeled and sliced ginger and crushed Bay leaves to it. In medium heat bring it to a boil.
- Turn heat to low and add crushed cloves.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from stove and let it cool down.
- Sieve mixture in a sterilised jar.
- Mix in Honey and stir well.
- Keep refrigerated for upto 5-7 days.
- For consumption, put 2-4 Table spoons of mixture into a glass and fill up with luke-warm water, stir and drink.
