Chicken Thigh: I use chicken Thai pieces for making my spicy popcorn chicken. Thighs are the juiciest part of Chicken and the juiciest stays even after frying them.
Mayonnaise: Adding just a tablespoon of mayonnaise, makes chicken tender and adds bursting extra flavor to it.
Double Coating: These popcorn chicken are double coated with flour. In between they are dipped in cold water, which helps the second coating to stay on. Double coating them and ensures that the flower coating stays intact, even after deep frying.
