Having all the ingredients to hand you can prepare this stubborn fat burning drink in just 30 minutes. Moreover, you can make as many glasses as you require by just doubling or tripling the recipe.

Belly fat is one of the most embarrassing type of body fat and it is very hard to get rid of them. People gain weight for various reasons. Food can be a cause of belly fat but in many occasions the reason could be something else. I have Hypothyroidism which means I have under active thyroid glands. My Thyroid glands does not produce enough hormones and my metabolism is very slow. This results in weight gain even with a moderate balanced diet. Some people get belly fat after giving birth. The reason could be diversified but we all want to get rid of that unwanted bear belly. This all natural drink can help you achieve that very quickly.

Why this drink is special?

There are thousands of ways to get rid of unwanted fat and get into shape. Some methods are quicker than others but an important thing is how safe they are. There are thousands of products in the market claiming same thing but they comes at cost. It’s not just monetary cost, there could be health hazards for using different pills etc. This type of drinks have long been in use for loosing weight. These are ancient remedies and the ingredients are simple and all natural. Being natural the ingredients are not only safe but they give your body amazing health benefits too.

Stubborn Belly Fat Burning Drink

Ingredients

Ginger: Ginger contains gingerols which has anti-obesity effects. It stabilize blood sugar levels and helps in loosing weight. Ginger is a natural ingredients and is full of medicinal properties too. For using ginger for this recipe, clean this root properly.

Lemon: Lemon has long been in use for weight loss. Lemon acid works excellent for getting rid of stubborn fat. But Lemon skin contains more vitamin C than it’s juice. Lemon skin has Polyphenols that helps our body to burn fat. It also contains Pectin fibre that makes us feel full. Lemon juice skin both help boost our metabolism. For this recipe we use all parts of lemon and that is why it is crucial to use organic lemons and you must wash them properly.

Cinnamon: Cinnamon is a great spice for loosing weight. It’s little sweet and still helps control blood sugar levels. Cinnamon boosts metabolism and has long been in use for weight loss. When using Cinnamon for weight loss or medicinal recipes try to use the hard bark as it has more benefits than the fancy soft bark.

Honey: Little honey goes long way. Honey has tremendous health benefits and helps in weight loss when mixed with right ingredients.

Hot Pepper Powder: Hot pepper contains Capsaicin which speeds up metabolism.

HOW TO MAKE THE DRINK:

Ingredients

1.5 Litre Water

2 Inch Ginger

2 Organic Lemons

1 Stick of Cinnamon

Cayenne Pepper or Hot Pepper Powder

Honey to taste

Instructions

Take skin off from Ginger and grate finely using a grater. Cut Lemons in halves and squeeze juice out in a small bowl. Then cut slice the lemons.

Put water in a pan and put Lemon rings, grate Ginger and Cinnamon stick and boil them for 20 minutes. 

After 20 minutes of rolling boil, switch off the flame and cover the mixture and leave it for 10 minutes.

Sieve the mixture in a jug. Add Lemon juice and stir to mix.

When and how to consume this drink

When preparing the drink, put the drink in a glass and then add 1 tsp honey and 1/4 Cayenne pepper or hot pepper powder and mix. Have first glass in empty stomach 1 hour before having any food and the rest throughout the day.

Not only in coffee but it adds great creaminess to cereals and smoothies too. Not everyone can tolerate lactose or prefers not to. Now there are nut milk which again is not everybody’s gut friendly. But oat milk can be a great substitute. Oat milk are really pricy if you buy it from a supermarket shelf. On the other hand if you make it at home it’s super affordable and with the tips and tricks you will get from this vlog will help you make your own Oat milk taste great as brand ones.

Otley is one of the favourite brands but Oatly oat milk must goes through a lot of processing as they need to increase shelf life. If you want to opt in for a healthier oat milk tasting as great as a quality store bought brand, this recipe will come very useful for you.

Today I’m going to share with you the recipe for making oat milk or in other word healthy plant based milk. Making it at home means using no preservatives and that by itself is a healthy option. However, there is something unwanted you might get and that is slimy milk. Now, in my recipe I will share with you some useful tips and tricks for making it non slimy and you will end up getting the right consistency.

Oat Milk Recipe

USES FOR OAT MILK

Now this is just oat milk but you can turn it into any flavour if your choice. Add fruits and veggies to turn it into a delicious smoothie or just substitute it for dairy on your recipes. Many people are allergic to nuts and hence nut milk are not an option for them. Someone allergic to nuts but do not want to include dairy milk in their diet can easily prepare and consume this milk. I am glad that I tried this recipe. I know I will be doing so many experiments as I will never have to buy it from supermarket. 

Oat Milk Recipe

HOW TO MAKE OAT MILK

Ingredients

1 Cup Oats

4 Cups Icy Cold Water

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: In a blender add Oat and icy cold water. Add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness and for flavouring add 1 teaspoon of good quality vanilla extract. 

Step 2: Blend it on high speed for around 30 seconds.

Step 3: Use a nut bag to sieve milk. Oat milk is ready.
