Moderation of Spices
In this recipe I have used 1 tsp of Smoked Paprika powder and 1/2 tsp of Red chili powder which makes this Paneer dish mild hot. If you’d rather like it to be more hot, just do vice versa; instead of 1 tsp Paprika add 1 tsp of Red chili powder. Also, you may add more Green chilis.
The best pair with any Paneer dish are Roti and Rice. You may try it with some pita or naan bread. Paneer curries are favourite among Vegetarians. It’s a great source for adding Protein to your diet and quick recipe for making delicious Paneer dish always comes handy.
