Place Cashews and Dried red chilis in a bowl, add hot water and leave to soften for 10 minutes.
Put 1 Tbsp oil in a pan and cook 1 sliced Onion for 2 minutes and then add 1 chopped tomato and cook for another 1 minute. Remove from stove and let cool down slightly.
Place Cooked Onion-Tomato and Soaked Cashews-Red chilis in grinder and grind to a coarse paste.
Cut Paneer into cubes. Add 1 Tbsp oil to pan and season it with some salt and Paprika powder. Add Paneer cubes and saute for few minutes. Set Aside
Put 2 Tbsp oil in the same pan and add Green chilis, minced Garlic and Cumin seeds. Fry for 10-20 seconds. Add Paste and cook for 2 Minutes.
Add 1/4 cup water and add Paneer cubes. Cook for 1-2 Minutes until gravy thickens up.
Add freshly chopped coriander leaves. Mix and all Done!!
