Salami Cups Easy Party Appetizers
simple to make a 10 minutes make in advance delicious salami based party appetisers.
Ingredients
- 16 Slices Salami
- 4 tsp Cream Cheese
- 8 Black Olives
- 2 Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 16 Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- Place Salamis into muffin pan holes; One in each.
- Using your fingers push them slightly to create space in the center.
- Bake in 100 C pre-heated oven for 6-8 minutes.
- Take Salami cups out in kitchen towel to get rid of the extra grease.
- In a bowl mix Cream cheese with small cut Black Olives and Sundried tomatoes and mix to combine.
- Put 1/3 tsp of cream cheese filling on each Salami cups and garnish with some greens such as coriander or parsley leaves.
