Instructions
Cut sides off Bread slices.
Clean, devein Shrimps and take off excess water
Put Shrimp, Salt, Black pepper powder, Egg white, Sesame oil, Corn starch in a food processor and run for around 30 seconds to make a paste.
Spread the paste into one side of the bread. Try to evenly distribute.
Coat in Sesame seeds.
Heat oil in a pan and in medium heat fry them. Fry top side first for 1 minute and then the other side for another minute.
Take out in kitchen towel lined plate and then cut into halves or quarters.
