Party Appetisers Raspberry & Cream Cheese Crackers
Salty Ritz crackers are used as base for making bite sized part appetisers. No cooking or baking required. A quick and simple cream cheese and sugar mixture is piped on top and finally garnished with fresh raspberries and chia seeds.
Ingredients
- 12 Ritz Crackers
- 75 g Cream Cheese
- 30 g Icing Sugar
- 12 Raspberry
- 2 tsp Chis Seeds
Instructions
- Cream together cream cheese and icing sugar until well combined.
- Put the sweet mixture in a piping bag with big star piping nozle.
- Lay crackers on serving board.
- Pipe in cream cheese mixture on that.
- Decorate with fresh raspberries.
- Sprinkle some chia seeds.
