Halloween themed soft baked chocolate chip cookies in skull shape. It's an easy one bowl dough that is easy to mix and makes tasty soft baked cookies perfect for Halloween!
Pre heat your oven to 325°F (162°C) and line baking tray with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together Butter, White and Brown Sugar until combined.
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Add Flour, Baking soda and Salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed. If you have regular sized chocolate chips then chop them into tiny pieces.
Pop the dough in to a piping bag and pipe out dough into Skull moulds. Press gently to secure them in the mould so that they do not have cracks during baking.
Bake the Halloween chocolate chip cookies in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes, or until they are lightly golden. Keep a close eye on them to avoid overbaking.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking mould until cool completely and then carefully take them out of the mould.
