Halloween Shrunken Potato Heads

Spooky Halloween baked themed potato side dish. They are easy to make and same old potato bake with a twist of Halloween craft touch.

- 500 g Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Wash potatoes and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Using something sharp make some holes on one side of the potatoes to create eyes and mouth. It’s best to dig deep as the after effects will be great.
Place the potatoes on a bowl and season well with some Olive oil, Garlic salt and Crushed black pepper.
Lay them on a parchment lined baking tray and bake in 180° C pre heated oven for 30 minutes.
After done, let them cool down and that is when they start to become spooky with the shrinking of the skin.
