Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Green Apple
- 4 inch Ginger
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 350 ml Water
Instructions
- Cut Cucumber and Green apple into small chunks. Peel skin off Ginger and then make small pieces.
- In a blender jug put Cucumber, Green apple, Ginger, Mint and Water and blend well.
- Add Lemon juice and Honey. Stir well.
