CUCUMBER CANAPES
Light refreshing party snack cucumber canapes. They are easy to make and requires just a handful of simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 12 Slices Bread
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- Cut bread slices into round shape. You should get 3-4 circles with each slice.
- Cut Cucumbers into medium slices and then coat them with Olive oil, Salt and Black pepper mixture.
- Cut some very thin cucumber slices.
- Apply mayonnaise to one slice of each bread circles.
- Place one slice of cucumber in between two bread circles.
- Fold thinly sliced cucumbers and secure them on top of the canapes using cocktail forks.
