- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (Softened)
- 2 Tbsp Granulated White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 Cup Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Pre heat your oven to 325°F (162°C) and line baking tray with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together Butter, White and Brown Sugar until combined.
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Add Flour, Baking soda and Salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Pop the dough in to a piping bag and pipe out tiny portions of dough. Use your fingers to press them gently to flatten the sharp tops.
Bake the mini cereal cookies in the preheated oven for 8-9 minutes, or until they are lightly golden. Keep a close eye on them to avoid overbaking.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
