Ingredients
  

Muffin
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
  • 1 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 3 Tbsp White Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Method
 

Baked Muffins
  1. In a bowl whisk together melted butter and sugar to combine.
  2. Add warm milk and vanilla and give a quick mix.
  3. Mix baking powder and ground nutmeg to flour.
  4. Add dry to the mix and give it a good mixing until it’s lump free.
  5. Spray a 24 hole mini muffin tray.
  6. Pour batter into each hole filling up to 2/3 full.
  7. Bake in 375 F 190 C oven for 10 minutes or until the sides start to come off the pan.
  8. Let the donuts muffins cool down slightly and then transfer them into a cooling rack.
Crunchy Cinnamon Sugar Coating
  1. In a small bowl combine white sugar and cinnamon powder.
  2. Brush lightly with some melted butter and roll the muffin tops on that.
