Chocolate chip Banana Bread
Moist soft Banana bread loaded with chocolate chips
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Soft Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 3 Bananas Mashed
- 180 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 140 g Chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl put White sugar, soft brown sugar and melted butter and whisk to combine.
- Add 1 tsp Vanilla extract and 2 Large eggs and mix using a whisk.
- Add room temperature Greek yogurt and mix all together.
- Mash 3 medium ripe Bananas and mix it in the batter.
- Sieve in All purpose flour, Baking soda and Salt and mix everything in.
- Add 1/2 tsp Flour to 140 grams Chocolate chips and add it to the batter. Fold gently and then pour batter to a lined mould. Adding some extra chocolate chips on top is optional. Bake at 325 F pre-heated oven for 1 hour 15 minutes.
