Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bagel
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Siracha Sauce
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 3-4 Jalapeño
  • 6 Tbsp Cheese
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Nigella Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cut Bagels in halves.
  • In a bowl put drained Tuna flakes or chunks and add Mayonnaise, Siracha, Mustard, chopped Spring Onions and Jalapeño and give a good mix to make a spread.
  • Spread the delicious mixture on Bagel halves and place on the Air fryer basket.
  • Top with choice of cheese; I have used a blend of 4 cheese.
  • Add bagel seasoning or just Sesame & Nigella seeds for extra crunch.
  • Air fry at 180 C for just 5 minutes and tasty healthy breakfast is ready.
