A tasty seafood based healthy Tuna melt on bagel breakfast recipe for quick and easy 5 minutes breakfast in the morning. This crunchy cheesy tuna breakfast is a treat in the morning to lift up your mood and energy.
In a bowl put drained Tuna flakes or chunks and add Mayonnaise, Siracha, Mustard, chopped Spring Onions and Jalapeño and give a good mix to make a spread.
Spread the delicious mixture on Bagel halves and place on the Air fryer basket.
Top with choice of cheese; I have used a blend of 4 cheese.
Add bagel seasoning or just Sesame & Nigella seeds for extra crunch.
Air fry at 180 C for just 5 minutes and tasty healthy breakfast is ready.
