Method
- Cut Bagels in halves.
- In a bowl put drained Tuna flakes or chunks and add Mayonnaise, Siracha, Mustard, chopped Spring Onions and Jalapeño and give a good mix to make a spread.
- Spread the delicious mixture on Bagel halves and place on the Air fryer basket.
- Top with choice of cheese; I have used a blend of 4 cheese.
- Add bagel seasoning or just Sesame & Nigella seeds for extra crunch.
- Air fry at 180 C for just 5 minutes and tasty healthy breakfast is ready.
