- 2-3 Potatoes Skins
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Clean the potatoes under water just to get rid of any dirt. After washing and scrubbing the potatoes clean, take the skins out using a peeler.
In a bowl season potato skins with some olive oil and salt or sprinkle additional seasonings such as pepper, and garlic powder, paprika to enhance their flavor.
Spray air fryer basket with some oil.
Pop the seasoned potato skins into the air fryer basket in single later and do not overcrowd them.
Fry them for 8-10 minutes @ 180 C or until golden and crispy.
