Method
- Clean the potatoes under water just to get rid of any dirt. After washing and scrubbing the potatoes clean, take the skins out using a peeler.
- In a bowl season potato skins with some olive oil and salt or sprinkle additional seasonings such as pepper, and garlic powder, paprika to enhance their flavor.
- Spray air fryer basket with some oil.
- Pop the seasoned potato skins into the air fryer basket in single later and do not overcrowd them.
- Fry them for 8-10 minutes @ 180 C or until golden and crispy.
