Cut chicken thigh pieces into bite size pieces.
In a bowl put chicken pieces and add all seasoning and spices as well as olive oil and give a good mix. Marinade for one hour. You can keep them in the refrigerator for overnight.
If using wooden skewers put them in water for an hour and the pat dry. Put marinated chicken pieces in the skewers making sure they touch each other leaving not much gap for juicy gill.
Transfer the skewers into air fryer basket and grill at 200 C for 13 minutes or until done.
For garlic herb butter add finely chopped coriander leaves, garlic and salt to melted butter and give a good mix.
After they are halfway done, brush garlic herb butter on both sides.
