In a food processor, put raw Prawns, Spring onions, Garlic cloves, Soy sauce and Sesame oil, grind everything together to make a thick sticky paste.
Cut Rice papers in halves and dip them in water for 5 seconds to soften. You may also cut them after dipping in water.
Place a spoonful of the prawn filling in the center of the softened rice paper wrapper. Fold the bottom edge of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Lightly brush the air fryer basket with Sesame oil to prevent dumplings from sticking.
Arrange the prawn dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other. Lightly brush the tops of the dumplings with Sesame oil.
Air fry the dumplings at 180°C (360°F) for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
