2 Minutes Microwave Brownies
A quick microwave Brownie recipe
Ingredients
- 30 g Unsalted Butter
- 45 g Dark Chocolate 50% Cocoa
- 50 g Sugar
- 30 ml Milk
- 70 g Plain Flour
- 50 g Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Place Butter and Chocolate in a bowl and melt in the microwave.
- Now add Sugar and warm Milk to it and stir to combine.
- Add in Flour and mix to combine.
- Add Chocolate chips and fold in gently.
- Pour in a 4/7” Microwave safe bowl and level the top. Put some more chocolate chips on top and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
