Instructions
Devein Prawns and dab with kitchen towel to take out excess moisture.
Put Prawns, Egg white, Salt, Black pepper powder, Garlic powder, Sesame oil and Corn flour in food processor and run for around 1 minute.
Put mixture in piping bag and cut a hole.
Put oil in a pan and wait until it's medium hot.
Pipe 1 inch Shrimp paste into oil and cook for just 1 minute on all sides.
Take out in kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
Notes
Make sure there is no extra water on the shrimp. Use a kitchen towel to take out extra moisture.
Run food processor for around 1 minute to give the mixture some air and volume.
If you do not like the strong flavour of Sesame oil, use some other oil.
If oil is too hot your shrimp appetisers will burn and if it's too low then they will absorb a lot of oil and when taken out of oil they will shrink.
