Simple Spooky Halloween potato dish Ingredients:
- Potatoes – You can use almost any variety of potatoes for this. I like to use golden Russet potatoes.
- Olive Oil – Other oil varieties can also be used.
- Salt – Flaky sea salt works amazing but any variety will do the job. Garlic salt adds depth of flavour.
- Crushed Black Pepper – This makes a lot of difference in giving some character to the potato faces.
How To Make Monster Baked Potato For Halloween Dinner Party:
Step 1: Wash potatoes and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Step 2: Using something sharp make some holes on one side of the potatoes to create eyes and mouth. It’s best to dig deep as the after effects will be great.
Step 3: Place the potatoes on a bowl and season well with some Olive oil, Garlic salt and Crushed black pepper.
Step 4: Lay them on a parchment lined baking tray and bake in 180° C pre heated oven for 30 minutes.
Step 5: After done, let them cool down and that is when they start to become spooky with the shrinking of the skin.

- 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
