  • Icing Sugar – You need Icing sugar for perfect texture.
  • Milk – You can substitute milk with water. Add in batches for perfect consistency.
  • Candy Googly Eyes – They make these Halloween mummy biscuits look so creepy.

How To Make Mummy Cookies For Halloween Party Treats:

Step One: Choose the Biscuits
