I have used goats cheese as they are super creamy but any other creamy variety of cheese will work as great. Another reason for choosing goats cheese is that they already come in a log shape which makes them ideal for shaping into small discs.

Top Tips:

I love to prepare some of my party food in advance, and this recipe is one of those where you can do part of the work in advance. You can prepare the goat cheese by slicing them and topping it up with seasoning and then place it in an airtight container in the fridge. On the day Just dish them out on crackers. No one will know!

HOW TO MAKE THESE CHEESE APPETISERS:

Ingredients

Goats Cheese – 240 g

Crackers – 12

Rosemary Leaves – 12

Red Chili Flakes – 1/4 tsp

Black Pepper Crushed – 1/4 tsp

Garlic Salt Flakes – 1/4 tsp

Dried Herbs – 1/4 tsp

Instructions

Cut goat cheese logs into thick slices.

Sprinkle choice of seasoning on top. 

Top each with one leaf of Rosemary.

Place cheese disks on crackers.
