Ingredients
Butter: Use good quality unsalted butter and make sure its in room temperature.
Dark Chocolate: The dark chocolate used in this recipe is 50% cocoa. A higher ratio will not give good result for microwave version.
Sugar: Simple white granulated sugar will do the job.
Milk: Use warm milk. As this is a quick microwave recipe, the use of warm milk makes it easier for everything to incorporate and rise properly. If you like dairy free version, substitute milk with same quantity of Almond milk.
Flour: All purpose flour will do the job. If you like your Brownies to be Gluten free, use a Gluten free all purpose flour blend that had added xanthan gum.
Chocolate Chips: For this recipe I have used both dark chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips and they both work fine. I like to use some on top.

Why I like doing this recipe:
Two Minutes: is maximum time it takes to make them. Most microwaves will do the job in 1 minute and 30 seconds. You just think of it and it’s ready in no time for you.
Small Batch: This is another great thing about this recipe that drags me in. I love Brownies and a lot! But I hate making a big batch and then eating a lot. This recipe is just perfect for small families and for serving just 1 or 2 days.
One Bowl: Everything in one bowl recipes are great. They requires less mess and less cleaning. You can put all ingredients in one bowl, mix and done.
Egg Free: No use of eggs here and if you are Vegan, just substitute Dairy milk to other alternatives.
