Stuffed Dates
Delicious naturally sweet dates stuffed with nut butter and choice of extra nut toppings and finally covered in chocolate and decorated with more nuts and rose petals.
Ingredients
- 10 Dates
- 2 Tbsp Nut Butter
- 1 tsp Crushed Almonds
- 1 tsp Crushed Pistachios
- 1 tsp Dried Rose Petals
- 50 5 Milk Chocolate
Instructions
- Make a vertical cut on each date to take out the seeds.
- Put some nut butter inside.
- Add some topping of your choice which could be crushed or diced nuts, dried rose petals, shredded dried coconuts or anything you find suitable.
- Melt chocolate in a bowl and then dip dates on to it covering all of it. I find suing a toothpick for the job makes it easier.
- Let the chocolate become solid and then enjoy!
