Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 100 g Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips
  • 50 g Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 390ºF / 200ºC.
  • Line 12 standard muffin liners in a muffin pan.
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of flour to chocolate chips and coat them.
  • In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • In another bowl whisk eggs with sugar.
  • Add mashed bananas and oil to it
  • Add peanut butter and Vanilla extract and mix to combine.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine. Only mix until just combined and don it over mix the batter.
  • Add flour coated chocolate chips and fold in gently to distribute them evenly throughout the batter.
  • Scoop in the batter into muffins cups. Fill up 2/3 of the cases.
  • Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes, until the top is cracked, golden brown.
  • Let the muffins cool on a wire rack for five minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.
