Preheat the oven to 390ºF / 200ºC.
Line 12 standard muffin liners in a muffin pan.
Add 1 Tablespoon of flour to chocolate chips and coat them.
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl whisk eggs with sugar.
Add mashed bananas and oil to it
Add peanut butter and Vanilla extract and mix to combine.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine. Only mix until just combined and don it over mix the batter.
Add flour coated chocolate chips and fold in gently to distribute them evenly throughout the batter.
Scoop in the batter into muffins cups. Fill up 2/3 of the cases.
Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes, until the top is cracked, golden brown.
Let the muffins cool on a wire rack for five minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.
