Dutch Baby Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Lemon Zest
  • 1 & 1/2 Cups Blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2/3 Cup Flour
  • 2/3 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat oven to 425 ° F (220 ° C).
  • Take zest from one lemon and mix it with 2 Tbsp white granulated sugar.
  • Add fresh Blueberries to it and mix.
  • Put Eggs, 1 Tbsp Sugar, Milk, Flour, Vanilla Extract, Lemon juice and Salt in a blender jug and mix on high for 20-30 seconds to combine everything and prepare a smooth batter. 
  • Put butter in a skillet and let it melt. Add Blueberries to that and sauté for a minute.
  • Pour pancake batter and immediately place the pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
