Line a baking tray with parchment paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Prepare The Puff Pastry<\/strong>: Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a clean surface. Gently roll it out and and make a cut in the middle. If using 2 sheets then no need to cut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Add The Filling<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Brush the surface of the puff pastry with cream cheese in one single layer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the puff pastry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle the olives and sundried tomatoes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Fold<\/strong>: Fold the other half puff pastry sheet on top of the one with toppings, pressing down gently to seal the edges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Egg Wash &amp; Seeds<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Brush with some egg wash (beaten egg yolk).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle sesame seeds and nigella seeds on top<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Cut Strips<\/strong>: Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the folded pastry into strips, about 1\/2 inch wide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Twist the Strips<\/strong>: Take each strip and twist it several times, then place it on the prepared baking sheet.
