Which Dates To Choose:
There are so many varieties of dates like Ajwa, Degelt Noot, Sukkari, and the most famous one Medjool, which is a very popular one. Medjool dates make amazing date paste due to their super creaminess. Dates are used for naturally sweetening desserts. They have lots of health benefits. For making stuffed dates you must take the ones that are long as they can hold more stuffing and looks the best when served.
HOW TO MAKE STUFFED DATES:
Ingredients
Dates
Nut Butter Of Choice
Crushed Nuts (Almonds, Pistachio, Walnuts, Dried Rose Petals)
Melted Chocolate Of Choice
Instructions
Make a vertical cut on each date to take out the seeds.
Put some nut butter inside. I like to use a piping bag to make it neat.
Now add some topping of your choice which could be crushed or diced nuts, dried rose petals, shredded dried coconuts or anything you find suitable.
Melt chocolate in a bowl and then dip dates on to it covering all of it. I find suing a toothpick for the job makes it easier.
