Why this drink is special?

It’s not just monetary cost, there could be health hazards for using different pills etc. This type of drinks have long been in use for loosing weight. These are ancient remedies and the ingredients are simple and all natural. Being natural the ingredients are not only safe but they give your body amazing health benefits too.
Ingredients
Ginger: Ginger contains gingerols which has anti-obesity effects. It stabilize blood sugar levels and helps in loosing weight. Ginger is a natural ingredients and is full of medicinal properties too. For using ginger for this recipe, clean this root properly.
Lemon: Lemon has long been in use for weight loss. Lemon acid works excellent for getting rid of stubborn fat. But Lemon skin contains more vitamin C than it’s juice. Lemon skin has Polyphenols that helps our body to burn fat. It also contains Pectin fibre that makes us feel full. Lemon juice skin both help boost our metabolism. For this recipe we use all parts of lemon and that is why it is crucial to use organic lemons and you must wash them properly.
Cinnamon: Cinnamon is a great spice for loosing weight. It’s little sweet and still helps control blood sugar levels. Cinnamon boosts metabolism and has long been in use for weight loss. When using Cinnamon for weight loss or medicinal recipes try to use the hard bark as it has more benefits than the fancy soft bark.
Honey: Little honey goes long way. Honey has tremendous health benefits and helps in weight loss when mixed with right ingredients.

HOW TO MAKE THE DRINK:
Ingredients
1.5 Litre Water
2 Inch Ginger
2 Organic Lemons
1 Stick of Cinnamon
Cayenne Pepper or Hot Pepper Powder
Honey to taste
Instructions
Take skin off from Ginger and grate finely using a grater. Cut Lemons in halves and squeeze juice out in a small bowl. Then cut slice the lemons.
Put water in a pan and put Lemon rings, grate Ginger and Cinnamon stick and boil them for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes of rolling boil, switch off the flame and cover the mixture and leave it for 10 minutes.
Sieve the mixture in a jug. Add Lemon juice and stir to mix.
When and how to consume this drink
When preparing the drink, put the drink in a glass and then add 1 tsp honey and 1/4 Cayenne pepper or hot pepper powder and mix. Have first glass in empty stomach 1 hour before having any food and the rest throughout the day.
Stubborn Fat Burning Drink
