One of the main reasons i loved doing this recipe is because it makes just the perfect meal for my toddler. It has egg which gives the dish healthy protein. Blueberries are full of antioxidants and is amazing for growing body. As these are single serving and bite sized portion, it helps toddlers learn to eat by themselves which is what all parents look forward too and so was I.
Baked Blueberry French Toasts
Maybe you are wondering how the taste or texture comes out when French toasts are baked in the oven with blueberries inside. These Baked Blueberry French Toast Cups are slightly crisp on the outside and soft (but not mushy) on the inside. With a dash of maple syrup or honey on top they are really a treat. We eat them with a fork, but kids and specially toddlers can totally eat them with their hands like pull-apart bread.
